In 2024 replaced hot water tank.
Major brick remediation done to the building in 2020-2021 – relevance is that the terraces were all rebuilt – new walls, new patio stones, garden beds emptied & waterproofed (new membrane installed over the garage), garden beds refilled and replanted.
