The vintage exterior is in contrast to the thoughtfully renovated interior that provides a forward thinking lifestyle. The configuration of its majority of bedrooms on the ground floors . The living quarters upstairs on the second floor. this design takes advantage of an elevated position of the sun and treetop vistas.
There is a sense of levels and interconnected rooms on the 2nd and third floor areas. The design brings light and versatility to the interiors.
The design allows for you to have 3 bedrooms or at home offices on the main floor. There is an oversized and luxurious bathroom. Also provided is a laundry closet and storage space. Access to the garage is from this level as well as too the full basement mudroom and storage .
The second floor is flooded with light. Shadows are cast on the soaring walls that raise two floor to skylit roof line. The angles and roof line provide an unique drop back to the spaces. While the 2 storey living room warms you with a modern fireplace, the kitchen and dining room overlook the streets-cape. A full solarium style wall and ceiling add to the dining atmosphere . Presently used as a family room the front room ( with private porch) can easily function as the master bedroom and a full sleek bathroom is near by. The top floor is fully open and looks down tot he second level . The slanted roof lines provide interest to the spaces and the natural light is wonderful. An ideal office or library.
In addition there is a full basement. Ideal for storage. Also a handy mud room for the coats and winter gear. Garage is large and parking pad if needed for a second car.
