Westboro beach is such a well kept secret. It remains a community with diversity which is becoming harder and harder to find in developing communities. Hence, hugely desirable. To say nothing of the wide streets, large lots and trees the area is famous for its beach. 

This home was sold and most likely a new home is being built on the site . The original home was magical in its warmth,style and charm.
